Monitoring and treatment of intracranial pressure are extremely important procedures in the management patients with traumatic brain injury. The monitoring methods currently marketed invasive not suitable for all patients. In addition to risks offered, they available on services. This study aims describe cases five injury different severity who underwent noninvasive acute phase injury, relating changes identified clinical picture presented.
